pgAdmin.pga4_session.Directory.Traversal

description-logoDescription

This indicates an attack attempt to exploit a Directory Traversal Vulnerability in pgAdmin.
The vulnerability is due to improper validation of the pga4_session cookie when it is used in a file path. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted requests to the target server. Successful exploitation could result in an attacker deserializing an arbitrary file on the target server, in the worst case, leading to arbitrary code execution under the security context of the pgAdmin service.
