This indicates an attack attempt to exploit a Cross-Site Request Forgery Vulnerability in F5 BIG-IP iControl SOAP API.
This vulnerability is due to a design flaw allowing user to write file to any location as root. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by enticing a target user into a malicious webpage. Successful exploitation could result in uploading of arbitrary script leading to remote code execution in the context of the system.
