Videos can be rated, and the average rating and the number of times a video has been watched are both published. It uses various technologies like WebM, H.264/MPEG-4 AVC and Adobe Flash to display the videos. Videos can be uploaded by individuals and also media corps that have a partnership with YouTube. If a user is not logged in with the Google Account, he/she is only allowed to watch but not comment, or add videos.
