Description

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), prior to 14.2 RU2 may be susceptible to a password protection bypass, privilege escalation and unsigned code execution vulnerabilities whereby the secondary layer of password protection could by bypassed for individuals with local administrator rights. Also attacker may attempt to compromise the software application to gain elevated access to resources that are normally protected from an application or user.
